I arranged care a month in advance and followed up multiple times leading up to my trip, but did not receive communication day of the booking and had to make last-minute arrangements while preparing to leave the country. I later learned there was a family medical emergency involved, which I understand can happen, but the lack of communication still created a very stressful situation.

Rachel was fabulous! She bonded immediately with our rescue and stayed all day with her while we were on a day trip. Rachel is very timely, tidy and responsive. Will definitely book her again!

Rachel has been helping me care for my 2 black labs for years.i met her through a friend.i needed someone to stay with my dogs for a weekend.i knew immediately when she met me and my dogs that it was going to be a great fit. The dogs just love her. She talks to them plays with them and gives them so many hugs and kisses. Also lots of tummy scratches. We have a fenced yard and I don't walk them because of my knees. She walks them and they love it. She also let's them sleep with her which I'm in with because they sleep with me. Sometimes she'll just come for the day if I'll be gone for a long time. Basically what ever I need. I completely trust Rachel with my dogs and my home. She's very clean. She'll even vacuum dog hair if needed. It's so nice not having to worry. My dogs actual miss her for a couple of days after she leaves. You would be lucky to have her.

Rachel is absolutely amazing. She’s like the dog whisperer. She has taken care of my family‘s pets for years. There’s no one else I’d trust to watch my babies. If you are looking for someone to watch your pets and treat them as their own, definitely use Rachel.
