Hi, I’m Rachel! 🐾 You'll see me in my purple pants + black t-shirt uniform 95% of the time! I’m 25 and have been surrounded by dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and more for as long as I can remember. Animals have always been my happy place. I grew up loving every pet I had, especially my sweet dog who was with me from age 11 to 22 and passed away right before Christmas 2023. Because of that bond, I truly understand how deeply we love our pets and how important it is to find someone you can trust with them. I’ve cared for all kinds of animals: *great with skittish/nervous animals* 🐶 Dogs of all sizes/ages 🐱 Cats of all sizes/ages 🐭 Rodents (I have had a guinea pig) I am more than comfortable caring for farm animals too! 🐎🐔 I currently do this full-time while working from home. I feel incredibly lucky to get to call this my job. Every animal I care for gets my full attention and affection; I treat them like my own. What You Can Expect from Me: Tons of photos and behavior updates during every visit Clean up eye boogers, bring in packages, and make sure your home stays secure Your pet’s comfort and routine are my top priority A little special gift: A digitally drawn portrait of your pet - longer visits only! 🎨🐾 Policies & Notes: 📃 STOCK PAPER TOWELS, STOCK FOOD, STOCK ESSENTIALS, SET OUT CLEANING SUPPLIES IF YOU WANT ME TO CLEAN UP ACCIDENTS. ( I will NOT be looking through every room/cabinet to find what I need, please set out everything on kitchen table/counter ) ✅ Cameras are totally fine for drop-ins, just show me where they are during the meet & greet! 🚫 No guests/people allowed in your home while I’m working (for safety reasons, though I will accept under certain circumstances!) ✅ Very flexible cancellation policy - message me and I’ll take care of a full refund if plans change. ( also depends on the situation! ) 🤝 Meet & greets are preferred, but if you're in a time crunch, just send me photos and care instructions! 🐕🦺 Do not offer dog walks during Drop-ins, that's another service! I want you to be 100% confident that your pets and home are in safe, loving hands while you're away. I know how much trust that takes, and I don’t take it lightly. I’ll always go above and beyond to make your pets feel safe, seen, and loved. ❤️ Let me know if you’d like to set up a meet & greet! I can’t wait to meet your furry (or scaly!) friends. Booking with me you agree to a 30 min grace period - this is for if I get stuck in traffic/other factors that may make me a bit late! I do try and get there 5 - 10mins before the drop-in is supposed to start but sometimes traffic / accidents decide differently. You will be updated if that happens!

Safety, trust & environment
I always make sure pets feel comfortable with me as soon as I arrive. If they’re a little skittish, no problem at all—I totally understand! I have a very timid dog myself, so I’m especially experienced with pets who need a little extra patience and care. When I adopted my dog, it didn’t take long at all to help her feel safe and at ease with me.
Ratings and reviews
My dog was on some medications that made him have to go out more frequently. Rachel stopped in twice a day when I had to be in the office. She was fantastic! She let him out, sate with him for 30 minutes giving him attention, and let him out again before she left. I could tell from the pictures she sent that my dog loved her being there. So happy to have Rachel available to pop in and help out. She is amazing!
Rachel was so amazing with our two high energy, needy girls! She was very flexible, provided several updates, and we will absolutely be booking with her again!
Rachel is absolutely phenomenal with pets! I stayed in the area on vacation and needed a sitter- she fit me into her busy schedule and was extremely responsive. You can tell she is passionate about animals and their care. Both of my dogs adored her. She did everything I requested AND then some! I recommend you reach out if you are considering her!
We had such a great experience with Rachel! She was kind, communicative, and took such great care of our pup. She kept us updated throughout the stay and sent plenty of pictures. It was clear that our dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving to care for their dog!
Rachel was amazing and sent plenty of notes and pictures which was so fun to see my babies while traveling.

Schedule
Pet care is my full-time job, so it’s a part of my daily routine! You’ll never have to worry about me being late or juggling another in-person job when you book with me.
