Hello! My name is Rachel, I am a graduate student living in Lancaster and love to take care of your pets in my free time! I grew up with a big family and many animals including goats, horses, chickens, ducks, and a few dogs running around. I have always loved animals, especially horses and dogs. I also worked at Karen’s K9 Kare in Malvern for around a year. During my time there I gained experience dealing with large groups of dogs as well as bathing, training, and getting picky dogs to eat. The most essential skill I gained at this position is really how to manage stressed out animals, dealing with strangers can be difficult for many pets but I pride myself in being able to recognize what they need from me to make them as comfortable as possible.
