It was our first time leaving Nedd with a sitter, so we were naturally a bit nervous—but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, Rachel was so communicative and reassuring, which really put our minds at ease. We received regular updates and lovely photos, which made such a difference and showed just how well Nedd was being cared for. It was clear he was happy, relaxed, and enjoying himself the whole time. Overall, just a genuinely kind and thoughtful person who clearly loves what they do. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—highly recommend!
Rachel was so responsive in her communication and, above all, caring and affectionate with Pimms that we almost don't want to say how fantastic s\with doggies he is. But she is! Thanks Rachel!
I would highly recommend Rachel. She responded quickly to all my messages and she sent photos to us of our dog whilst we were away on holiday. On top of that she was very accommodating during drop off and pick-up. She genuinely seemed to love having my dog to stay and Ziggy will definitely go back for another visit.
What more can I say, other than Daisy just adores Rachel! From the outset, Rachel has been great. Clearly loved dogs and puts them and their owners instantly at ease. Great communication and kept in touch with videos and photos of Daisy whilst I was away, so my mind was at ease. Highly highly recommended. Daisy can’t wait for her next stay, thanks Rachel!
Rachel was absolutely wonderful with Buddy. She was responsive, friendly, and sent regular updates with photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Toto stayed with Rachel for 6 nights as I was travelling. Before that, Rachel was excellent at communicating and arranging a meet&greet to know Toto and for me to look where Toto would be staying. Rachel was very open to understand Toto’s routines and likes and dislikes, and I felt totally confident leaving Toto with her. During the stay I received updates with photos, and Toto was very happy dog at my return. I will leave Toto again with Rachel if I need, and I totally recommend her 😊

As a clinical scientist working from home, I have the flexibility to provide pets with consistent, attentive care throughout the day. I structure my routine around their needs—whether that’s regular walks, feeding, playtime, or simply offering companionship—so they’re never left for long periods and always feel secure. I am an active person, and enjoy running so would enjoy spending plenty of time in the fresh air with your pets! I own my home, which means I can offer a stable, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space and a calm atmosphere. This allows pets to settle in comfortably, whether they’re staying with me or I’m visiting them in their own home. Their wellbeing is always at the heart of my daily routine.

I prioritise safety, trust, and a calm environment in every aspect of pet care. Whether in my own home or a pet owner’s, I ensure animals feel secure, comfortable, and loved. In my home, I maintain a pet-safe environment, with secure outdoor access and quiet areas for rest. I follow each pet’s usual routines for feeding, walks, play, and rest. When caring for pets in their own home, I respect the space as if it were my own. I follow detailed care instructions and keep pets in their familiar routines to reduce anxiety. I’m attentive to their needs and alert to any changes in behaviour or health. Most importantly, I treat all pets with kindness, patience, and respect—building trust through consistency and genuine affection.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a relaxed morning walk to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. Back at home, pets can enjoy a calm, comfortable environment with plenty of attention throughout the day since I work from home. I follow their usual routine closely—whether that’s feeding times, medication, naps, or play. Depending on the pet’s needs and energy level, we’ll enjoy a mix of activities: garden playtime, games, or simply cuddling on the sofa. I keep things fun but low-stress, ensuring each pet feels safe, entertained, and well cared for throughout the day. Walks, treats, toys, and plenty of affection are all part of the routine!
