I have 4 cats of my own and I love all things cat related. I help my mother-in-law with fostering guide dog puppies. I also had an elderly dog until very recently. I grew up with cats, dogs, fish, hamsters and gerbils. 
A few years ago I put my cats in a cattery while we were on holiday as I wanted to ensure they were safe while we were away but unfortunately the cats really hated the experience. I worked in a cattery and some cats have no issues there but I'd like to offer help to others by offering an at home service to keep their cats as comfortable as possible. Working in a cattery means I have a lot of experience with all different cats and personalities. Having dogs all my life and helping with guide dogs also means I’m confident with a variety of dogs. 
With both my children at school now, I have more time to dedicate to something I love doing and would really enjoy meeting your pet. I'm happy to follow instructions as I know pets and their humans can have their own routines and eccentricities. 
I can provide company, feed, play with and clean out litter trays. I'm happy to do one off visits, holiday cover or regular check ins. I will stay with cat(s) for around 30 mins if it's just to feed and change litter or longer if it's also for company and cuddles. If you are on holiday I can do additional jobs such as feeding fish, taking bins out, watering plants etc. Please don't hesitate to contact me with your specific needs. I take security very seriously and would treat your home like my own, ensuring that I have locked up safely and that any pets who are not allowed outside do not escape. I have been PVG checked in the last 3 years in order to work in a local primary school which may also offer reassurance.
