She was amazing! Rachel D. took care of my three cats over the weekend and did an outstanding job. From the very beginning, she proved to be responsible, attentive, and very caring with them. She kept me constantly updated with photos and messages, which gave me great peace of mind. I would also like to highlight her professionalism, as even when I made a mistake in some of the instructions, she handled the situation perfectly and made sure my cats were well taken care of at all times. On top of that, she even helped me by bringing in some Amazon packages that were left outside, which I really appreciated. She definitely exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that she truly cares about animals and their well-being. I would trust her again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Rachel was fantastic and incredibly reliable while caring for my 15-year-old cat. She asked thoughtful questions I hadn’t even considered, which made me feel confident my cat was in great hands. My cat gets nervous around new people and tends to hide, but Rachel went out of her way to find her and make sure she was okay. She also communicated quickly and provided updates, which really eased my anxiety while I was away. I highly recommend her :)
