I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have been enjoying having cats in my home since high school. I’m a responsible young adult who genuinely loves animals and would be happy to care for yours with the same love and respect I give my own and my family’s pets. I have experience caring for pets in their homes for stays ranging from long weekends to two weeks, ensuring their needs are met while keeping them comfortable in their familiar environment.

Rachel did a fantastic job caring for our senior dog (& house!) while we were out of town. She was super responsive during booking, sent us plenty of updates while we were away, and we came home to a happy pup and super clean house. We will definitely book with her again!
I truly can’t say enough good things about Rachel. Finding someone I trust with both my senior dog and my energetic puppy felt like a tall order, but she has exceeded every expectation. Her attentiveness, patience, and genuine love for animals are evident in everything she does—it’s clear she cares for my dogs as if they were her own. She takes the time to understand each of their unique needs, providing gentle, thoughtful care for my older dog while also making sure my puppy gets plenty of exercise, playtime, and engagement. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, or simply spending quality time with them, she goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. What stands out most is the peace of mind she provides. I know without a doubt that my dogs are in capable, compassionate hands whenever I’m away. Her reliability, communication, and dedication make her truly exceptional. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality care for their pets.
Rachel is a great pet sitter. She is responsible, trustworthy, and reliable. My dog Mellie adores her and my cat Finn warms up to her within 24 hours. Rachel spends a good amount of time loving on both animals with plenty of pats, scratches, and toy play. Her rates are reasonable. I would recommend her for any pet sitting job.

If at my home, we will take at minimum 2 walks a day to enjoy fresh air and get movement and enrichment in as I don't have a yard. I do live close to the Androscoggin dog park, which I would utilize as well. In your space we will walk, and spend time outside to expend energy and get enrichment.
