Pet care experience
Your baby’s Home away from Home 💙
We have a little over 10 years experience when it comes to pet sitting. I (Rachel) started when I was 18 and have accumulated a great deal of experience over the years. I am certified in dog CPR and basic first aid. I’m knowledgeable in pet medication administration, including insulin injections, and have cared for a variety of ages from puppy to senior. Carmella started watching pets 5 years ago. She grew up with cats and dogs in her home and worked for a Veterinarian clinical for 3 years. She has experience caring for a multitude of pets of all personality types.

Ratings and reviews
Rachel and Carmella are amazing! Odin loves to stay with them. We had dropped him off for daycare for an appointment, and I ended up going into labor and they were able to keep Odin for days and feed him. It was wonderful knowing our pup was in a loving home.

Great choice for my dog sitter! Dogs were sad to leave
My first time leaving my dog with anyone other than family and i was pleasantly surprised. These two gals are wonderful people and I had a great experience, as did my baby! I trust them with my ChiChi and they will be my first choice if I have to use Rover in the future.
Odin loved staying with Rachel and Carmella! They were great with communication and taking care of our pup. Odin felt comfortable immediately.

Carmella and Rachel took great care of Holly!

Rachel and Carmella took excellent care of Cage. They were very accommodating for my last minute need for a dog sitter and I know Cage enjoyed his stay very much. Thank you!

Schedule
I (Rachel) work 4 days a week Wednesday-Saturday evenings. Carmella works Thursday-Sunday mornings. So someone will always be home with your baby. If we do decide to leave the house, most times we bring the pets with us or we won’t be gone for more then a few hours at a time. We do have cameras in the house so we check on them regularly and have notifications for loud noises.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced in yard. I also have a doggy door so your baby is allowed to go out freely. We recently installed some ‘baby gear’ locks to lower cabinets and closets so no accidents can occur. We personally have cameras in our living space so I have my eye on the whole house even if I’m the other room. I don’t mind pets in my bed or my room. I know not being with they’re family can be an anxious time for them, so I don’t mind giving extra love.
Pets
A typical day
Some of our favorite things to do is be in our backyard. We love to garden, hammock, and play with our pets. We also have lots of puzzles for our pets to do and lick mats. We enjoy going downtown and checking out new parks often and love to take the babies with us.
