I am only working part time and I’m home for the holidays so I have plenty of time to play with and check in on your pets. Once you are booked, you are both a priority! I do have a car to get to you, I also love walking. I prefer to get my steps in via dog walk.

Safety is always a priority and respecting your home. I am the type to triple check to make sure they are left safe and all doors are locked properly. I always carry animal first aid kits in my car for emergencies. I have done research of animal cpr as a pet parent to always be prepared, but I am not certified. Luckily I have never had to use it. I do have experience bottle feeding, providing some medical services to special need pets, grooming, teeth brushing & noticing the little things. I am always mindful & alert of my environment. Please let me know if they have any specific needs I can cater too. Especially if they have any allergies or triggers I should be aware of. I am always patient and pretty good at reading their energy/vibe.

Pet care experience
I have worked with animals my whole life, having them as pets and rescuing. I’m my friend groups official pet sitter auntie. Basically an animal whisperer. No matter their needs, I care for their individual needs. As a fellow pet parent I know how hard it is to be away and the peace it brings knowing they are safe, cared for and happy! I always make sure to earn their trust and have fun. Singing and talking to them comes naturally. Professional at giving pet pets and I do have the proper nails for booty scratches. Skilled pet photographer (to send you updates) I’m big on communication so you can always feel a sense of relief when I send you updates of how good your fur baby is on check ins. I always provide the kind of service I would want my fur baby to have and the assurance updates I’d want if someone was watching my baby.

Rachel went absolutely above and beyond for my 3 cats while I was out of town this past weekend! I have never felt more secure being away from my kitties than I did while Rachel was taking care of them. She sent dozens of photos and videos during each visit, confirmed which tasks were completed, and asked questions to make sure the cats had the best experience possible. It's crystal clear that Rachel adores animals and she made my babies feel safe and loved despite my absence for over 4 nights. I can't recommend her enough!
Rachel is the best pet sitter ever! My shy cat runs from his hiding place upon her arrival, and she gives him 100% of her attention when she watches him. Rachel goes above and beyond when caring for your pet. She talks to them, plays with them, and will send you more pictures + videos than you have on your own phone. I could not recommend Rachel enough.
