I am fully dedicated to the dogs in our care. I do not work so can spend as much time with them as they need. Each stay with me is tailored to them.

I follow your instructions for your pup as who knows them better then you. They have access to my garden when ever they require which is fully fenced (photos in my profile) and i also will take them out for walks each day (min of 1 a day). I have a doggy gate at the stairs to ensure that the pups stay downstairs most of the time/at night however happy to discuss sleeping arrangements. We have a cosy living room and kitchen area, as well as large outside space

I like to meet up with yourself and your pup ahead of time to go over any special requirements they need. I am flexible around what you require for your pup. I like to fill out a pup passport before I take care of them, to ensure they receive the highest quility of care I can give them. Things I like to know are - Sleep arrangements - where does your dog usually sleep? - General routine - does your dog have any particular daily routines? - Food fussies - does your dog struggle with eating and have particular eating patterns? - Medicines and ailments - does your dog take any vitamins or medicines? How & when? - How often does your dog eat and how much? - Is your dog anxious? Do they have any behaviours I should be aware of?

A typical day with me really varies on your dogs needs and their usual schedule - I like to stick to what they know as much as possible to keep them at ease. If you want though i do enjoy doing the following - In the morning I welcome your pups with lots of play and fuss to settle them into my home. I look at walks around lunch time these are a minimal of 30 minuets but depending on what suits your pup can be tailed if required. Then ready for a chilled afternoon before they are collected.

Based in Northfield Birmingham, Paw Pals offers in-home care for your little Fur Babies. I look after many dogs throughout the week so your dog will be mixed with others while in my care. I am dedicated to caring for your special friend as we would our very own. Each puppy visit and stay is tailored to their own creature comforts and needs. So you can relax knowing your bundle of fur is fully content and loved.

I messaged Rachel at the last minute asking if she would have availability to look after our puppy Cosmo for a couple of days and Rachel had immediately responded to my messages and we arranged a meet and greet. Cosmo absolutely loved it in her house when we went for a meet and greet, and we decided to leave Cosmo with her. Rachel sent loads of photos and videos, he was taken for walks and it was very comforting to see how well taken care of he was. Cosmo came back super chilled. Thanks Rachel!
Rachel took amazing care of Buddy. We were sent photos and videos every day of Buddy playing, walking, having lots of love and cuddles Buddy really enjoyed his week with Rachel Would 💯 recommend Will definitely be booking Rachel to care for Buddy again With total peace of mind
Rachel was such a nice lady, very professional and thorough, I knew within a few minutes Hugo was in safe hands and I could trust her, Hugo seemed very happy to be there and seemed relaxed on the pictures! Would defo be contacting Rachel again in the future!
