Rachel B. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.

Rachel was flexible with my drop off and pick up times which was wonderful as I was getting ready for a wedding out of state. I was able to take both dogs to her townhouse for the holiday weekend. I was not expecting that she would have so many additional dogs (approximately 6+) when I dropped off my two dogs. I would have preferred to receive daily updates, with pictures or maybe even some video, of my dogs to show them having fun. My dog, 16 years old, hurt his back leg, and Rachel immediately notified me of injury. The next morning, she told me he seemed a bit worse, but just not himself, not emergency vet worthy. I was able to wait until I arrived home to get leg evaluated by local veterinarian. (Pain management was diagnosis)

Rachel was great! Took great care of my pup while we were coming through town.

It all went well with our senior dog on very hot days. While sleeping is her main activity, Rachel was able to lead her out as needed. My dog even adapted to the other boarders, which isn’t always easy for her. Rachel and her husband live dogs.

Rachel was very kind to me and more importantly my dog. Our dog, Charlie was worn out when we picked him up from being able to play with other dogs and with Rachel-Charlie had a blast for sure!
