As a homeschooling mom with a 6 year old daughter, my schedule is wide open. We take care of our dog daily; it's built into our routine. As me as your pet-sitter, I can be available to whatever your needs are.

I can take dogs on frequent walks around my neighborhood, or do drop in visits at whatever time is best for your animal. I normally take my dog on 3 walks a day, but I can do more based on your needs.

The most important thing to know is if the animals are comfortable and self controlled around kids. My daughter is 6 and a half and is homeschooled, so she will be with me all day. She has lots of practice being around dogs and cats and is respectful of their personal space. I would just want to know if the dog or cat has shown aggression towards kids in the past.
A typical day
I have a nice fenced in backyard. We can throw the tennis ball or their favorite to get all of their energy out. I play all day with my dog, and between me and my daughter, the dogs would get a lot of attention.

I have pet-sit for many years; since I was a teenager. I'll do check-ins, in home car, of house-sitting. I have house-sat for a months time with 6 animals before. There is no job too big or too small for me!

Rachel does a very good job watching my cats for me while I am gone. Gives them lots of love and sends me pictures and updates on them.
Rachel did drop in visits for my two cats and did amazing. I was nervous to leave my cats but she kept me updated and took great care of them!

Rachel is one of the kindest, most genuine friends I have ever met. She will, at the drop of a hat, watch my dog for me when needed, and he absolutely loves her. She cares for her dog (and mine when she has him!) with such attention to detail, and even taught me how to make my dog's food homemade so that he could be as healthy as possible. She is attentive, loves taking them to the park, long walks, and giving them all the cuddles. She even gave my dog a bath one time when he got a little too muddy. I could not recommend a better person to be a partner to Rover, and any dog owner would be so lucky to have her care for their pet.
