My family always had a cat or a dog while I was growing up and they quickly became my best friends. I've learned that life is hollow without a loving pet to snuggle up to and care for. My three cats and German Shepherd are my babies and best friends, so I completely understand how important it is to have someone you can trust to take care of your pets. When I'm not pet-sitting I am a full-time high school biology teacher. My classroom pet is a lovely leopard gecko named Yoshi. No pet is too unique for me to love it.

I know how strange and sometimes even scary it can be for a pet when a new person enters their home. My strategy is to first follow the guidance of pet parents on how to approach pets and to always keep a calm and kind demeanor. I've found that pets warm up to me pretty quickly because of this.

Rachel is wonderful with our two cats, one of who requires medication. We love receiving her Rover cards and are literally booking her again right after this review! Thank you for loving our fur babies like they're your own!!!

10 out of 5 stars 🤩. Where to begin.. Rachel was amazing and stepped in when I had already gone out of town and was having issues with my dog's current sitter. Having never met myself or my dog she went out of her way to do multiple drop ins a day. My dog wasn't feeling the best and she helped out with an emergency vet visit. She helped out in so many other ways around the house and cleaned up any messes that happened. Only sad part is that I wish I could have thanked her in person!
Rachel took great care of our dogs and cat! She made our trip hat much more relaxing knowing they were in good hands! She kept us informed and sent lots of pictures!
Rachel is our go to care giver for our cat Flicka. Highly recommend!
Rachel was great accommodating a last minute request, was informational and kept up with car needs plus high energy dog. Marvel loved her and did all his favorite moves !! 🥰

Schedule
I’m a full time teacher, so I typically take on jobs during the school year where I’m able to drop-in each morning before work and come by again as soon as school gets out around 3. I also can drop-in before bedtime.
