A typical day
A typical day includes plenty of attention, activity, and downtime. Since I work from home, pets are never left alone for long and get lots of interaction throughout the day. We spend time in the yard for fresh air and play, go on long walks, and enjoy enrichment activities like games, toys, and mental stimulation. Of course, there’s always time for snuggles and relaxation so pets feel comfortable, happy, and right at home.

I’ve had my own dog, Dougie, since he was a puppy, so I understand firsthand the care, patience, and consistency dogs need at every stage of life. We’re a very active household — regular hikes, dog beach trips, long walks, and plenty of outdoor time are part of our routine. That said, I’m just as happy providing calm companionship, belly rubs, and lots of snuggles for dogs who prefer a slower pace. I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and safety-focused.
