I currently work part-time during nights so I am available during afternoons on weekdays. Saturdays are up in the air, but I will always let you know if my schedule doesn't work out. I no longer accept bookings for Sundays. Rates are based on Rover fees.

I am pretty flexible with the care that is needed for each dog. For example I understand if certain dogs have boundaries. Our dog is familiar with gated areas, as he does not go downstairs to the basement. For dogs that pull, I highly recommend harnesses where the leash clips in front of the chest. This turns the dog towards you when they pull. I also recommend long leashes to encourage exploration and enrichment (when it's safe of course!). Keep in mind, pets are not to be kept outside for long below temps of 32F and above 90F.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs that I can account for. So far I don't have experience with injections and first aid, but I am always willing to learn through repetition.
A typical day
I enjoy walking my dog through many different environments including my neighborhood and on hiking trails. He also enjoys playing with sticks and splashing in the water. I am willing to walk your dogs to wherever you prefer, as I understand they love to explore and sniff.

- Assisted in training service dogs for 2 years. - Plenty of experience interacting with and caring for family pets including play, bathing and brushing, feeding and watering, walking, supervising, cleaning up, applying appropriate discipline, encouraging good behavior, reporting any kind of concern, and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for each animal. - Active and willing to take dogs on long walks. - Patient and understanding of discipline. - Thorough and diligent when following care instructions and willing to ask questions. - Responsible and dependable. - 4+ years of further experience with babysitting and able to encourage a positive relationship between child and animal. - Respectful towards the environment and the neighborhood. - Pretty good at finding a dog's favorite spot to be scratched!
