So therefore, you want to know that you are leaving your dog with someone you can genuinely trust. I have 3 dogs of my own, which means I am very accustomed to dealing with multiple dogs at a time. Even if you dont need an overnight sitter, but perhaps just need someone to come over to your house and walk your pooch while you work long hours (to provide your dog with all the best, no doubt) I am more than happy to accomadate you. I genuinely love animals, but dogs definitely are my favorite and I would love nothing more than to work with then every single day. I keep a pet medical emergency kit on hand on the off chance an accident happens. So keep me in mind for your dog walking or dog sitting needs. I would love to help. I know having a dog is a lot of work. And sometimes work, travel and other family obligations prevent us from giving our pet's the attention they need and deserve. I understand and would love to help in any way I can! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please be sure to read price lists thoroughly. For multiple dog households, there is an additional charge per pup. There is also an additional up charge if your requested dates are during a holiday. ♥️ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Q: Do you house sit cats too? A: I do! I would also be willing to check in on any of your critters while you are away. I have been asked to look after gerbils, iguanas, fish, birds, even turtles! Q: For house sitting, that means you will be staying at my residence with my pets, right? A: Yes! I usually only leave to go work my other Rover appointments and to go home and check on my own pets for a little while. Other than that, I will be at at your home and sleeping there to keep a watchful eye on your fur babies. Q: I have never used Rover before and was wondering... how do I know you will be doing the job I am paying you for? A: This is a great question! When you book through the Rover app, I will have to check in and check out each time I visit your pups. With the app, you should receive a notification on your phone. At the end of each visit, I am required to send what's called a "Rover Card", which is basically a report card on how their visit went. I write down if they peed, pooped, and if they had any food or water during the visit. If we go for a walk, Rover will actually track the GPS on my phone so you can see a little map of where we walked in the neighborhood too! And each Rover Card has a photo attached as well. Q: How does payment work? A: Usually the client (you) pays at the time of booking. Once payment is approved, it will sit in a separate Rover account until 48 hours after the job is completed. Then the funds are released to me. So let's say, for example, you needed a house sitter a month from now. You would submit payment today, but I would not be paid until after the job was completed. That way, both parties are protected. I encourage people to book as soon as possible to ensure their dates are secure. Until payment is received, the job does not go into my Rover calendar, and therefore will remain open to anyone else who may need those same dates. Q: I have pit bulls. Is that ok? A: I do not care what breed of dog you have, as long as they aren't aggressive, I love all dogs! I have several pit bulls that I take care of!
