Hi there! I’m a lifelong dog lover with a soft spot for cats. I grew up with dogs and was lucky enough to help train a service animal for a family member, which taught me a lot about patience and consistency when it comes to animals. I have experience caring for both energetic puppies and senior pups who need a slower pace. At home my fiancé and I have a happy little crew: Ru (our dog who thinks she’s a cat), Nori (the sweet and easy one), and Ziggy (our cat who thinks he’s a dog). I treat every pet like they’re my own and aim to make them feel safe, cared for, and spoiled (if allowed). Whether your dog needs a walk, a calm companion, or just someone to toss a ball 87 times, I’m here for it.

I live in a house with a fenced backyard. We have a few dog parks in our community that are within walking distance and a really nice trail for walks or runs. We do have a cat, but he loves dogs!

ABOVE & BEYOND! Rachel was an exceptional sitter for our dog and our new cat. This is my first time using Rover and having someone sit our home, as we have just moved into the area, and she was professional, kind, and incredibly easy for us. Even with our dog's bad back and needing on and off assistance from furniture, she was happy to do so. She was so patient with them. On top of that, she washed our bedsheet, took out the trash, and cleaned the guest bathroom! She was a better guest than my family, haha. Jokes aside, we will certainly be using her moving forward. I wish I could give her more stars!

Rachel went above and beyond for our dogs. One of them got a stomach issue while we were gone. Rachel communicated symptoms and kept us updated so we could figure out a plan to treat our dog and get her feeling better. I would definitely use Rachel again to watch after our dogs! She was very reliable and did a phenomenal job!

Rachel was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, attentive, and truly wonderful with our fur babies. You can tell she genuinely cares- she kept us at ease and treated them like her own. We couldn’t have asked for a better Rover sitter and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving.

Schedule
I work from home and my schedule is extremely flexible. If your dog is staying over night, I will be available the entire time and if you need check in's I can come multiple times a day.
