I am currently working part-time so have a lot of availability for drop bys and dog walking. Eventually I’d like to do some house/pet sitting. I have a toddler, so would need to know if she was allowed (or safe) to join me on a visit or walk.

A typical day
I like to do the activities recommended by the pet parents. Definitely going for walks, going to a dog park (if recommended), playing with toys, playing fetch, giving treats, giving pets, doing tricks (if the parent has mentioned any), and cuddles/scratchies are things I’d do with pets.

Pet care experience
I grew up with cats and dogs. I currently own a dog and have enjoyed the training process (I’m a teacher by trade). I’m home most days, so I get to spend a lot of time with him! I’m very patient, caring, and have great attention to detail. I want to make your pet feel comfortable and happy while you are away, just like I’d want my Chimi to feel.

Rachael is very reliable and our dogs are able to get a good walk when I can't walk them.

We couldn’t be happier with the care Rachael provided for our two felines. They are usually very hesitant around new people and prefer to hide, but Rachael’s patience and dedication quickly won them over. After only a few visits, they were literally eating from her hand. Rachael was thorough and consistent in her care, sending prompt daily recaps that included a checklist of each visit—food, litter, playtime, etc.—and thoughtful photos. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and her updates gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It’s evident that Rachael treats pet sitting as a profession, not a side job. We felt completely confident leaving our pets in her care and will absolutely be using her again for future trips.
