We’ve been using Rachael for a few months now for both day and occasionally overnight care for our 1 year old puppy and couldn’t be happier. She’s extremely diligent, her onboarding process was thorough and comprehensive which is very reassuring and Raife our Miniature Poodle absolutely loves going to Rachael’s - he squeals with excitement when we pull up there! As well as giving clearly excellent care, we also get regular photo updates throughout the day of him having fun which are always great to receive and as a side note are usually genuinely good photos! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rachael to friends and family.

I cannot recommend Rachael enough! We have used her for boarding on several occasions now. I wanted somewhere my 13 year dog Ted felt happy and calm, so I could go on holiday and relax safe in the knowledge he was being well looked after. From his first visit Rachael made us feel completely at ease and we received lovely photo updates every day, it was clear Ted was having a fab time! He came home happy and tired from all the great walks and cuddles! He can't wait for his next visit, thank you x
