Home Away from Homes

Due to Rovers policy I ask that you please do not send me a request if your dog is any of these.. - Does not get along with other dogs. - Is aggressive in any way to people or dogs. - Exhibits separation anxiety like crying when people are not close. - Unless they are a puppy that they will not mark or pee or poop in the house. We will be unable to accept your dog if any of these apply to your pup. Thank you for understanding. Hello and thank you for visiting my page! I have two daughters that love dogs and I have been caring for dogs for 7 years now. Dobby and S are animal babies so I know just how important it is to make sure your pups are loved and cared for. Due to scheduling we ask for exact times for all drop offs and pick ups with a 15 minute grace period in between. Pick up and drop off times are between 8am and 9pm pick ups after 9pm will have to be picked up the next morning.

Quick to response. Very accommodating. Took pictures of our pups daily including special birthday pictures and a video. Would definitely recommend! Hopefully they are available when we travel again.

Rachael was great with our dog, who can be a little scared and anxious in new settings. She was super nice with him, made him feel more comfortable, and after a few days she helped him settle right in. We were able to have a great vacation and not worry about our pup! Thanks Rachael.

Rachel was great! She cared for two of our dogs for two weeks - one is only 1.5 year old and the other is a 16 week old puppy. We were worried that they would be too much but Rachel did a great job caring for them. She kept us updated with pictures and videos and our dogs came home happy and healthy. We highly reccomend!

Well, first am so happy Rachel and Mike are available to watch Marley. They always do a good job. And Marley is always happy to see them. Marley acts like a little puppy again when he sees them. I guess Marley likes them better than me. Anyways, as long as Mike and Rachel are still available I’m gonna keep using them. They do a superb job.

Drop-In Visits • Jun 01, 2026

Rachael took my request last minute to drop-in and take care of my dog. Rachael let her outside, gave her fresh water and food, and sent photos and videos during her time there. I appreciate her quick responses and I will use her again in the future!

Safety, trust & environment

Our yard is full fenced with high trees and lots of privacy. We do meet and greets to make sure that all dogs are comfortable and happy around other dogs. We also have extra of everything if you happen to forget something. We just ask for dog food and if you’d like to bring some treats. We have dog beds, crates, water bowls and food bowls. We do not take dogs that have any kind of aggression, dogs that will destroy or cry at night, or that are not potty trained unless they are a puppy and I am notified prior to booking.
