Rachael made the time for me and my dog at the last minute. I had just moved here and was super nervous about Poppy being home alone all day. Rachael made the time to meet with me before I went to work and attempted to walk my very stubborn dog three days in a row. She is lovely and kind and I highly recommend her.

Rachael is the best! She took care of our pets at the last minute (with barely any advance notice)! She was very attentive and a great communicator. I recommend Rachael 100%. She is extremely pleasant to talk with and was thoughtful about sending us updates! She definitely made me feel as ease -since this was a last-minute request. I knew we were in great hands with Rachael as she is a loving pet caregiver!

Rachael loves pets all shapes and sizes. She’s the lady that comes up and asks to pet your pup and has a treat in her pocket. When she takes a walk she makes sure to go down the street where she knows the kitty that is always out. She is loving and caring and will give your pet the best, intuitive care.

I cannot recommend Rachael enough; she is absolutely spectacular!! I have 2 cats, one of which has special needs, and 15 hermit crabs in a large & elaborate bioactive crabitat. Rachael has provided care for my house & pets on multiple occasions. She is incredibly kind, patient, responsive, thoughtful, flexible and reliable. You can tell how much she loves all animals and how she can read their body language and earn their trust, even when my cats have been anxious about us not being home. She is diligent at following care instructions (and isn't afraid to ask questions when needed), completely nonjudgemental of when our house has been messy, and always provides me sweet updates! I no longer feel stressed about traveling because of how much I trust Rachael to care for my house and pets as if they were her own!
