I'm a freelance designer working from home, so I can keep your friend company all day. My husband does the food shopping, so after walking your dog he/she won't be left alone at all (nor your cat). Your pet will be walked only in the locations you are fine with. Never off leash outside the garden, and optionally off-leash in our garden.

I usually care for dogs in my own home and garden. They will be with me in the same room all the time, or on a walk, or supervised at all times in the garden. The half hectare garden is completely fenced. Your dog can be taken for walks of any length to suit it's sensibility. IMPORTANT! I ask new pet owners to sign a paper to declare that if your pet causes damage to a third party I will not be liable and the pet owner assumes responsibility. I do this because the Rover terms and conditions offer no protection for animal carers, and I don't want to put my personal finances on the line when making small amounts looking after pets, which I do mainly for enjoyment. Please let me know if that isn't acceptable to you. I can email the paper to you in advance for you to look over, and it is signed before I start taking care of your pet.

*** Please note that we don't take dogs who jump onto the couch or beds because we have a velvet sofa and my partner gets allergic when dog hair gets on our bed . If your dog is not trained to stay off couch and bed, sorry but we can't take them **** I like to know if they're nervous under any circumstances. Any area the animal is allowed and not allowed to go, any food requirements and anything to watch out for such as illness, plus the number of their vet in case of emergencies.

Around 7am I feed the dog and take them for a walk immediately for up to an hour They'll only be fed at lunchtime if that's normal for them, and fed at dinner time when they get another usually shorter walk for 20 minutes or more. I'll brush their coat and teeth and wash them as required. Cats sometimes like their own space, but if your cat likes a chin or ear scratch, I'm an expert in those!

We live in a small village called Falkenberg, in a rural area with a half-hectare, fenced garden and many countryside walks in the area. The photos shown are when we bought the house, we have since replaced the front fence, and renovated for 18 months, but I have yet to upload new photos. **I have a very friendly, chilled, neutered female dog, but I can only look after dogs who will be OK with her** My family had 2 dogs when I was growing up, and I love walking and playing with dogs. There's plenty of outdoor space in my local countryside area on footpaths to go for walks. I keep my prices low because I enjoy being with dogs so much. I also love cats and had my cat (Diva) from 2008 to 2019. although I'm an average sized woman, I'm quite strong and can handle medium and large dogs. I love to be outdoors and exercise animals and play with them, and I'm very careful on their safety. I'm fine with dealing with toilets, giving tablets, calming them and making them feel cared for. Please note that I am english and speak only basic German, so communication via text and email is easiest for me unless you speak english

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mehr als nur eine Hundebetreuung – absolute Herzensempfehlung! Unsere Suri ist ein Angsthund und braucht besonders viel Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis. Deshalb war es für uns unglaublich wichtig, jemanden zu finden, der wirklich auf ihre Bedürfnisse eingeht. Mit Rachel haben wir genau diese Person gefunden. Rachel hat sich mit ganz viel Ruhe, Liebe und Kompetenz um Suri gekümmert. Sie hat ihr die Zeit gegeben, die sie braucht, hat ihre Grenzen respektiert und ihr gleichzeitig Sicherheit vermittelt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier nicht einfach „aufgepasst“, sondern mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Die regelmäßigen Updates haben uns ein großes Stück Sicherheit gegeben, und es war so schön zu sehen, wie Suri Schritt für Schritt Vertrauen fasst. Als wir sie abgeholt haben, war sie entspannt und ausgeglichen – das bedeutet für uns alles. Gerade für Hunde mit besonderen Bedürfnissen ist Rachel eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir sind unendlich dankbar und würden Suri jederzeit wieder in ihre liebevollen Hände geben. 🐾💛
So spontaneous! Uncomplicated conversation! But the most important is: Rachael was so lovely to Julie. They played, had a walkie, but also enough brakes. And the garden is wonderful! Thank you so much!
Rachel took great care of our dog. She has a big yard and lives right by the nature in a calm and quiet place, ideal for dogs! She gave all the attention and love he need. I strongly recommend her
