I currently work part-time and in a role where I can be mainly based at home. I live in an old house surrounded by lovely gardens and three acres of fields. I am close to many country walks and St Mary’s Bay beach is only 10 minutes drive from me.

All dogs, like us humans, are different. Some prefer to be left in peace and quiet and others like company, some are very energetic and others are less so. How I care for your dog is entirely dependent on their preferences. And I have enough space in my home for them to roam quite freely and the great outdoors with fenced fields are merely seconds from our back door. I have enough space in my home to have 3 extra dogs with their own room.

I have had pets all throughout my life growing up. I have owned dogs for over 19 years and am used to looking after pets - mainly dogs, but also chickens, horses and cats.

Rachael did a great job looking after my Springer Spaniel Ollie. He has really enjoyed his stay. Lots of space to run around in and great walks. Would highly recommend!
Rachael was always my first choice to look after my (blind) sausage dog Rufus. He liked it more at her house than at mine I think! He was beautifully taken care of and was always keen to go, and I had total peace of mind that he was in the best possible hands. His habit of getting himself stuck behind all her furniture didn’t bother her and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for great care for their pet.
