I am a very outgoing, caring and adventurous person. I will always treat your pets as if they were my own. I have been involved in many different 4-H projects since I was 11, currently being the Cavy Superintendent at the Stanwood fairgrounds and actively helping in the set of the Evergreen State Fairgrounds. My life experience has given me the ability to care for many different dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, aquatic life, and farm animals of all various sizes and breeds. I have experience with aggressive, hyper, special needs, puppy, and senior pets. Caring for animals is my biggest joy in life. I love to go on walks daily and gets lots of exercise with my active pups or providing companionship and watching a movie with my senior ones. Normal job duties based off types of pets in home/ service(s) being rendered include providing food and water as directed, administering medications as needed, and bringing in packages/mail. Cleaning out litter boxes, cages, and or stalls will be included with more than one day consecutively booked. I will also provide regular updates for owners with pictures of pet's daily wellbeing. There will be prompt notification to owners of any illnesses or injuries that may occur or be noticed while in my care. Additional services can include transport to vet appointments or stays, watering plants or trimming nails. Meeting with pet owners to gather pertinent pet care information and discussing pet sitting expectations and duties prior to first service is expected. My goal is to make you and your pets as comfortable and relaxed as possible while you are away! I would love to meet you and any pets you may have. I look forward to hearing from you!

Absolutely outstanding boarding experience—Rachel is our go-to for our German Shepherd! We’ve boarded Bella with Rachel multiple times now, and every stay has been perfect. As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation. We feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. We’ve already booked our next few trips with Rachel because we honestly can’t imagine anyone else taking care of Bella. Highly recommend her to anyone with a big dog—10/10 every time!!! Thank you so much, Rachel!!!

This is my full-time job! The only days I won't be available to help out with your pet is if I am taking a vacation myself!

I have a fully fenced yard and spacious home, lots of room for the dogs to play! At my house I will crate dogs before feeding time. My goal is to keep your pets routine as close as possible to its normal everyday life!

A typical day
I have two great walking paths near my house available during the day to get some exercise and smell the neighborhood. I also have lots of toys and other dogs to play with while they are here.
