As a life-long pet owner, lover, and caretaker, I am well-equipped to take in your furry friends and passionate about giving them a warm, safe place to stay (and play). I’ve had pets since I was a child — some of my fondest memories involve wet kisses and long, sniff-filled walks around the neighborhood. In addition to providing my family pets with basic care and love, I’ve watched and cared for dogs in my community since I was a tween. Neighbors enlisted my help to walk, feed, and check in on their pets while away, and I happily obliged any time I could. I’ve also cared for my own pup (a Golden Retriever) since I was 18, allowing me to adapt and grow with my dog over many years, homes, and chapters of life. Additionally, I lived with an experienced dog trainer for nearly five years, learning about dog behavior, care, training, and safety. During this time, I interacted (at home and in training classes) with dozens of breeds each with unique temperaments. I’ve lived with multiple dogs at once, and have experience with reactive pups who need more space and patience than others. Long story long, I am but a person who loves animals, is passionate about pet care and wellness, and wants to keep your pets safe and sound while away from their human families :)
