Every time I book with Rachael, I know exactly what I’m looking forward to: my pets look forward to the adventures, and I look forward to the report cards. 🥹💛 Her updates and photos genuinely become the highlight of my day. They’re thoughtful, hilarious, and so detailed that I feel like I get to experience every little adventure alongside my animals. She has such a gift for capturing their personalities, and somehow every visit turns into a story I’ll be smiling about for days. Beyond taking incredible care of my pets, she always goes the extra mile for my home. Whether it’s tidying up, bringing in packages, resetting enrichment toys, noticing little maintenance issues, or making sure everything is ready for me when I get home, she consistently does more than I ever expect. The best part is knowing my animals are genuinely having fun while I’m away. They aren’t just being cared for—they’re being enriched, loved, and understood. We’re all so lucky to have Rachael!

Rachael’s report cards and photos honestly become the highlight of my day. She keeps my home tidy, notices little things that need attention, brings in packages, takes out trash, and somehow manages to leave my house feeling more put together than when I left. We are so very grateful!

Calling Rachael a “pet sitter” doesn’t even begin to cover it. Of course she takes incredible care of my pets, but what really sets her apart is the care she puts into every single visit. Her report cards genuinely become a highlight of my day when I’m away. They’re hilarious, thoughtful, and full of personality, and the photos she sends absolutely melt my heart. I end up sharing them with friends and family because they’re just that good. Somehow she managed to make me feel guilty coming home because I’m pretty sure my cat Lady was having more fun with Rachael than she does with me. Between stroller adventures, birdwatching expeditions, story time, shoulder rides, and endless cuddles, Lady was living an objectively better social life than I was. And it’s not just the pets. Rachael takes amazing care of the home too. I always come back to a tidy house, clean dishes, scooped litter boxes, and dozens of thoughtful little touches that make returning from a trip so much easier. Frequent travel can be stressful, and being away from the animals I love is never easy. Rachael removes so much of that worry. If you’re someone who feels anxious about leaving your pets behind, know that they’ll be receiving extraordinary care, attention, enrichment, and love. In fact, there’s a very real chance they’ll be having such a great time they won’t miss you at all. 😂 We are incredibly lucky to have found her.

Rachael has been wonderful and very professional since our first conversation. She provided updates and pictures of our dog Benny after the walk. We appreciate her very much, and trust she takes great care of Benny while they are together.

I can’t recommend Rachael enough! She did an amazing job with Emi, keeping her engaged, active, and happy during every walk. She followed all of my instructions carefully and always kept me updated with detailed messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she works with, and Emi absolutely loved her. I truly appreciated her reliability, communication, and attention to detail. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

“Pet sitter” doesn’t even begin to cover how many hats Rachael wears! Mail collector, trash can wrangler, dish washer, royal cat chauffeur, palanquin bearer, book narrator… the list truly goes on and on because she consistently goes above and beyond. She takes care of not just your animals, but your home and all the little details you didn’t even realize mattered until she handles them flawlessly. Everything feels so cared for, thoughtful, and intentional. I trust her completely and genuinely feel so lucky to have found her! She is absolutely amazing.
