Rachael did such an amazing job taking care of our animals! She was so responsive and it was such a relief to know the animals were in great hands. Highly recommend her!

0 stars if i could!!!! I had high hopes for this "star sitter" after reading all the glowing reviews, and also having her sit for my dog in the past which was an excellent experience. However, this experience was nothing short of disappointing. I had booked her well in advance for a dog-sitting arrangement, only to find myself scrambling at the airport just before my flight as she ghosted me without any communication. No message, no heads-up—just left in the lurch. I understand things can come up, but not even a courtesy text to let me know she was canceling is completely unprofessional. I had to urgently find another sitter, which added unnecessary stress to an already hectic travel day. Very frustrating, and unfortunately, I won't be trusting her with my pets again.
