I'm currently working remotely and often have large gaps in my schedule where I can drop in to feed your cats or take your dogs on a good, long walk! I'm usually only available for drop ins on weekends, but am happy to do overnights during the week.

Hi! I'm Rachael! I've been casually pet sitting for friends, family, & acquaintances for several years, and happily care for pets like they are my own. I am a psychotherapist with a background in behavior analysis and education in animal behavior (my concentration in college!). I deeply care about the ethical and compassionate care of animals, and take very seriously the task of caring for your pets! I really enjoy being with animals, and feel obligated to ensure they are getting the maximum enrichment they can from our time together. I'm very attuned to pets and the sometimes subtle behaviors they use to communicate with us.

Such a sweet walker! Always left me nice notes about my pup and her walk, and took great care of her too!
Rachel did an amazing job taking care of our three cats and making sure they had everything they needed form food and medicine to playtime!
A true lifesaver! My dog can be a bit high-energy, so I was nervous about hiring a walker. Rachael has been amazing with Maddie. They are incredibly patient, understand dog body language perfectly, and know exactly how to handle Maddie's quirks. They are 100% reliable and communication is top-notch. I am so grateful to have found a walker who is both deeply responsible and truly compassionate. Five stars!
Rachael is great! She took great care of not only my dog on the walk, but refilled the water bowl for my cat as well. She left a sweet note about the walk for me, which I really appreciated. Can’t wait to work with her again!
