This was my first experience using Rover and I’m thankful I reached out to Rachel. Rachel accepted a last minute request and communicated great and quickly throughout the week. Rachel offered to do a meet and greet prior to my vacation. I felt comfortable that my dog would be well taken care of while I’m away after the meeting. Rachel provided daily updates and pictures and took great care of my dog. Rachel reached out and asked questions to make sure my dog was as comfortable as he could be throughout the week. I have a young dog that can be a handful at times and Rachel was patient and good to him. I initially was hesitant to use this app and Rachel made the whole experience better for me. I highly recommend requesting Rachel if you need a sitter that communicates well and accommodates to your dogs needs!

Very poor communication skills. Rachael planned on taking my puppy with her to attend a three hour doctors appointment without asking me prior. I was very frustrated with dealing with her and would not recommend to anyone. I received two photos of my puppy throughout the night and had to text her in the morning for an update. I think 1 star was generous of me!

Schedule
I work hybrid remote schedule and my husband works 2nd shift so there is usually always someone home. I am an early riser and my husband gets home after midnight so just let us know your pets potty schedule.

We have a large backyard and have an extremely quiet neighborhood. It is great for walks. Please be sure to bring all your pets favorite toys and what makes them comfortable and a good harness and leash.

We allow lots of toys and games. We don’t mind allowing pets on furniture and even in bed with us. We treat them as our own.
