I grew up with dogs and have been an animal lover my whole life. I actively seek to watch my friends' and co-workers' pets to get and give some extra animal love! I can meet the needs of dogs and pets of all ages. I also adopted two cats of my own that I have loved for eleven years. I feel very comfortable and happy to look over any type of pet!

In client homes, I am sure to walk dogs according to their needs. I follow routines of diet, exercise, play, and if they need crated or not. I offer cuddles, pets, playtime, walks, and treats in moderation. I send picture updates through Rover or through personal phone texts if client desires. Communication is key so you feel safe leaving your pets in my care!

Rachel has walked our dog and pet sat for us. She is fantastic! I am a veterinarian so I am very selective on who I feel comfortable leaving my dog with. Rachael puts me at ease. Our dog is reactive on walks and Rachael is up for the challenge. Prior to hiring her, I called 3 references and they had nothing but glowing things to say about her and I can see why! She sends great photos, is communicative, responsible, and loves our little pup.

Rachael is awesome!! We have used her twice to take care of our four animals, and we love knowing they are in good hands every time! She’s a great communicator, which lets us focus on our vacations instead of stressing about the care of our fur babies. She also went above and beyond and left her adorable kids book (that she wrote) as a gift for our son! We will definitely rebook her for all our future vacations!

Schedule
Typical Schedules: Drop in visits: ~30 minutes. Play, food, pets, treats, pody break Walk only: ~30 minute walk, catered to your pet's needs Overnight care: At LEAST 12-15 hours in your home daily. Usually dinner time to breakfast (I usually leave during the day for work or errands). *PLEASE NOTE* My set Rover rates may adjust wages too high or too low when first booking. I may choose to increase or decrease pricing depending on what we both find as fair compensation for additional animals or requests. Please reach out to discuss in messaging.*
