Honestly, I just ❤️ dogs (& cats!)
Hi there! I’m an American living in London who’s always had a soft spot for animals. I used to be a Rover sitter and walker back in the States, and I’ve reactivated my account now that I work from home most of the week. I have a four-year-old labrador named Jamie, who’s calm, friendly, and always happy to have another furry friend around. We’ve got a private garden and plenty of parks nearby for walks and playtime. I grew up with dogs and have always been the person friends and coworkers call when they need someone reliable to care for their pets. Over the years, I’ve looked after anxious and rescue pups, fostered neonatal kittens, and volunteered at animal rescues and spay-and-neuter clinics. I’m comfortable giving medication, including pills, injections, and sub-q fluids. I’m happy to help with occasional or one-off walks, but I’m not able to commit to recurring weekly bookings since the day I go into the office can change week to week. For daycare or boarding, dogs are allowed on the furniture, and they’ll get lots of attention and care throughout the day. Just let me know your pet’s routine — I’m happy to adapt to whatever makes them feel at home.

Rachael is amazing. She gives the perfect amount of updates and photos. I can tell that she is taking good care of my dog and that my dog feels comfortable with her.
Rachael came to walk my dog who ended up being too scared of a new person to leave the house but she sat with her for the whole hour and gave her affection instead of just leaving her alone. Would love to use her again in the future!
So so so good. Our 4 month old puppy stayed with Rachael for 10 days. That’s a lot to ask but Rachael was wonderful, dealing with everything a puppy that young entailed. Our pup had the best time and she came back to us better than we left her. Rachael is marvellous.
Rachael is a fantastic dog walker/carer for my Labrador! Reliable, friendly and her love for dogs is obvious. My dog warmed to her immediately :)

Rachael has been brilliant looking after my dog. I had no hesitation leaving him with her. She’s reliable, kind & clearly loves dogs! My dog doesn’t often warm to someone that quickly - 100% recommend! Her dog, Jamie, is an absolute sweetheart too. 😊

Schedule
I'm at home during the day, so I have a ton of flexibility in my schedule. I live around many green parks, and also have my own fenced in private garden in the back.

For doggy day care or boarding, I have a private garden and live very close to a few big parks. Dogs are allowed on all furniture and I always have an eye on them :) I can be flexible, so just let me know what your pets' routine is and I'm happy to adjust accordingly.

A typical day
I'm an active person and love going for long walks in green spaces and exploring more of the city. However, how I spend time with your pup is ultimately up to them. I take my cues from them (and you!) and tailor our time to be as low-stress and rewarding for them as possible.
