I was a zookeeper for 15+ years and have experience with a plethora of species. I have fostered animals of all kinds through different rescue organizations. I am a large breed person who currently has a smaller dog and cat. I spent many of my zookeeping years training animals, and have experience with strong stubborn dog breeds. I thoroughly enjoy a senior pet who will cuddle on the couch while I drink my coffee.

Rachael has cared for my large, diverse animal crew for the past 13 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working in the zoological field and you'd be hard-pressed to find a species that she hasn't worked with or feels comfortable with. Rachael is a fantastic trainer and her calm and confident demeaner puts animals at ease. You won't find another person more capable and trustworthy than Rachael. 10/10. No notes.
Rachael is the best! I’ve known her for 11 years. She’s super knowledgeable about different species, very friendly, and very trustworthy. When I need pet help she’s one of the first people I reach out to. If I had human kids I’d trust her with them too but for now it’s just the furry ones.
Rachael is amazing! She has always provided the best care to my animals, even watching them for extended periods of times. She has so much knowledge, and her ability to work with any animal personality is a gift. She also has a diverse experience with a variety of species and breeds.
Rachael took wonderful care of my dog, Lucy. She treated Lucy with the same love and attention she gives her own dog, which gave me so much peace of mind. Lucy enjoyed plenty of walks, playtime, and affection while I was away. Rachael kept me updated with great communication and even sent pictures, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely trust her with Lucy again.

Schedule
I currently work from 9-1:30, with a spouse that works from home. My schedule allows plenty of time for morning walks and afternoon love and care. I am available for boarding most days, and dog walking, house checks in afternoons.

Safety, trust & environment
A large portion of my yard is fenced so there is plenty of room for your dogs to stretch their legs outside of walks. I have a 30lb senior dog at home who occasionally enjoys a new companion. Otherwise my children love animals and always enjoy a new playmate, while being respectful of their boundaries. I prefer crating dogs whenever we are not home, at least until we know them and how they interact with my pets. I have crates from small to XXL so no need to bring your own.
