Kindness Is Key
Hi, I'm Rachael. I've loved animals all my life and am the proud owner of Skipper, an almost 7 year old, Coton de Tulear. Growing up, my family had a dog, a beautiful black and white Cocker Spaniel, and a wonderfully adventurous cat. I would love to take the experience I have gained from having pets of my own to help you with yours. I'm honest, reliable and my schedule is extremely flexible. Note: (Currently, I cannot walk 2 dogs at at time).

Rachael was available to help us in the early morning hours which was greatly appreciated. We were currently at the hospital and it took some time to find where we were and come back which is okay. Bean was walked about a mile and Rachael provides good pictures and safe return of your pet(s). Only took one star due to some minor communication issues around eta and Bean apparently turning back around outside. My dog is service so having someone else walk is always new and difficult as a handler.
Rachel is a great communicator and so reliable. Today was her third time walking our pup and he was very comfortable with her!
Rachael took the time to meet us and our dog before our scheduled walk date. She took the time to get to know Orca and his needs and gave him a much needed walk and post-walk treat while we were away. We would recommend her to anyone looking for help for their pups. She also gave us a detailed update and sent some pictures while we were out which we loved seeing.

Rachel was awesome to communicate with. I loved that she made a special trip to come meet me in person. Rachel was great w Shark. Shark is a quirky dog and takes a bit to be comfortable with someone … he had no issues getting comfortable w Rachel.
I loved seeing photos of Bruno on his walks with Rachael! He was very happy! I look forward to booking her again soon.

Schedule
I am currently working on a writing project and am looking for a side gig to give me some pocket money. I am a mom to a 15-year-old son who is at school in the Bellevue area. He is a lot more independent these days so my schedule has become very flexible. I will have the time to meet, play, sit or walk with your lovely pet while you are out during the week. I can do check-ins for bathroom breaks and food too, if needed. I am also available on the occasional Saturday.

Safety, trust & environment
When I am at home with our dog, we play fetch and tug with different toys and I frequently bring him across to the park to throw a ball for him, which he loves. He is my constant companion when I work on my writing projects. So much so, I feel he wants me to write about him :-) I will care for your pets in the same loving way too and will do my very best to cultivate an environment where they feel really comfortable and safe. My priority will be to ensure I am a good fit for you and your dog. We can arrange a phone call to connect to share more about ourselves. That way, you can ask me questions and I can learn more about your dog and any information that can help me make their time positive and fun with me. I am always happy to meet in person and have a trial session first too. (I also have pet insurance)
Pets
A typical day
I can play the dogs favorite games with them. Throw a ball or run around with them. There are such beautiful parks in the area that I can bring them to, including a dog park close to where I live that is especially suited to smaller dogs.
