My brother and his family have looked after my two cats, when we have gone on holiday. Usually for a week, but sometime a little longer. The cats love it around there. I think they would be great at looking after dogs and cats. I think George my nephew would love to have a dog to play with. Both there kids are friendly and loving and would be so attentive to the any oets needs

Schedule
My wife and I are both shift workers. We have two children at school. There is always someone at home and we are looking forward to introducing are kids to pets. They have friends and family who have pets and they are very comfortable around them, but we have none of our own. We have looked after the schools pet several times
