To tailor our care to your pet’s individual needs, we kindly ask that you include the following in their Rover profile before your booking: • Name, breed, age, size, and weight • Medical conditions, allergies, or special needs • Feeding schedule, dietary restrictions, and mealtimes • Medication instructions, if applicable • Exercise needs and preferred activities • Daily routines, habits, and comfort items Understanding your pet’s personality also helps us create a positive and relaxed experience for them. Please let us know about: • Any behavioral quirks, anxiety or reactivity • Their favorite ways to play, unwind, or snooze • Your pet’s sleeping arrangements or bedtime routine • Any areas or furniture that are off-limits in your home This insight lets us create a calm, safe, and enriching environment that supports your pet’s unique comfort needs while respecting your home’s guidelines. We also ask that you inform us of any cameras in your home to ensure the safety and privacy of your home, pets, and ourselves! Lastly, for house sitting services, we kindly request access to a standard bed for overnight stays. We’re unable to accommodate pull-out beds or couches for health and comfort reasons—thank you for understanding. This request is unfortunately non-negotiable.

Each stay includes regular meals, fresh water, potty breaks, personalized playtime, and plenty of affection, with a strong focus on trust-building and mental enrichment. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or needs a little extra TLC, we tailor our care to meet their needs. You'll receive consistent updates and adorable photos (with your choice how often you’d like updates!) so you can travel with peace of mind. Need solely daytime care, dog walks, or 24/7 coverage? Just let us know, we’re happy to customize your booking to best support your pet. Drop-Ins Drop-ins are perfect for pets who are most comfortable in their home but still need some care and company while you're out. We offer 30- or 60-minute visits for dogs and cats to ensure they receive plenty of pampering at each visit! Each drop-in includes fresh water, feeding, playtime, litter care or potty breaks, and of course, plenty of love and attention. You’ll receive a full update and photos through the Rover app after every visit. Please note: drop-in visits include brief potty walks for dogs, but not full-length walks. Dog Walks Our dog walks are available in 30- or 60-minute sessions and are a great way to help your pup stay active, enriched, and happy. Walks are typically around your neighborhood, however we're happy to take your pup to a nearby dog park or hiking trail if you have a favorite spot in mind. All walks are tracked in the Rover app so you can follow along, see their route, and enjoy adorable photos from their adventure. If your dog requires feeding or medication during their walk visit, just let us know, we're happy to help.
