My pets are part of our family. They get fed twice a day, both litter boxes scooped daily, dog gets taken on twice daily walks to poop.

We hired this sitter for overnight house sitting, but unfortunately that is not the service we received. Instead of staying overnight as agreed, she only stopped by the house about three times a day, often leaving our dogs alone for extremely long periods of time between visits. This was not what we paid for or expected when booking the overnight stay/house sitting. It also became clear that her personal issues were taking priority over the care of our dogs. While emergencies and unexpected situations happen, her communication and fulfilling the agreed upon care/service of our pets was not her priority. This experience was extremely disappointing and did not provide the level of care or reliability we expected. We chose overnight house sitting specifically so our dogs would have consistent supervision and companionship, and that did not happen. Because of this, we will not be using this sitter again, and it has unfortunately made us lose confidence in the app as well.
Quessandra takes amazing care of my babies!! I have two labs who can be crazy and she handles them very well. She updates me often and sends me pictures! She’s also an amazing person!
Quessandra did an amazing job with Bella. I reached out to her super late at night and last minute and she came through in a pinch. She also sent lots of pics which eased my mind. I will be using her again and again to keep Bella company.
We so appreciated Quessandra’s help with our 6 month old puppy during our travels. He’s quite energetic as a puppy and she took good care of him - and even crafted a hand crocheted chew toy and blanket for him during her stay! Bentley was not used to us leaving him and demonstrated some separation anxiety - whining at night. She helped calm him down despite her own sleep deprivation. We came home to home made baked goods-such a sweet touch! Thank you Quessandra for loving our Bentley❤️
I can’t recommend Q enough as a dog sitter! Q is not only experienced but genuinely cares about animals. While I was away, Q sent regular updates and photos, which reassured me that my dogs were in excellent hands. I came home to happy pups who didn’t seem to miss me at all lol. Q’s punctuality, clear communication, and attention to detail truly set her apart. I felt completely at ease knowing my furry friend was with someone who treats them like family. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter, Q is a great choice.
10/10 would recommend Quessandra. With her experience on the farm taking care of goats and chickens and stuff, taking care of my critters was easy for her! She was thorough and I didn’t have to worry a thing anything. I even got the cutest pics! She was practically best friends with the dogs! Critters and I can’t wait to see her again!
