Hi there! I’m currently pursuing my PhD in LUMC. I’ve always had a deep love for cats—the calm, curious, and affectionate companions they are. The adorable cat in my profile picture is Dumi, my 1-year-old Siberian Forest Cat who lives with me here. Caring for Dumi every day has taught me a lot about cat behavior, diet, and emotional needs. I understand that every cat is unique, and I always take the time to learn their habits, preferences, and comfort zones. Whether your cat needs quiet companionship, playtime, feeding, or medication, I will make sure they feel safe and well cared for while you’re away. I have experience with: • Feeding routines and special diets (incl. dry food, canning food, barf, freeze-dried food) • Litter box cleaning and hygiene • Playtime and enrichment • Caring for shy or anxious cats • Basic medication (if needed) I’m responsible, detail-oriented, and I always keep owners updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind. I’d love to offer my help to fellow cat parents and make sure your furry friend is well taken care of while you’re away. 🐾

I always prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment when caring for pets. I take the time to follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding routines, play preferences, and any special needs or medical requirements. In a pet owner’s home, I respect their space and maintain a clean, quiet, and stress-free environment for the cat. I make sure doors and windows are secure at all times, especially for indoor cats, and I pay close attention to any changes in behavior or health. I approach every cat with patience and sensitivity, allowing them to feel comfortable at their own pace. I never force interaction and always respect their boundaries, which is especially important for shy or anxious cats. I also keep owners updated regularly with messages and photos, so they can feel reassured that their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Schedule
I'm currently doing my PhD project in LUMC and working on artificial intellegence-based medical image analysis. I usually work at home, because all I need for doing research is a laptop. Therefore, I spend a lot of time being with my cat and my schedule is quite flexible.
