Our dogs stay with Qing was excellent. He's on a pretty strict med schedule for his epilepsy and she made sure he got everything on time and even texted us after each dose was given to reassure us. Would definitely let our dog stay with her again :)

Qing provided the same level of compassionate, evidence-based care that I strive to offer my own human patients. We greatly appreciated her meticulous attention to detail while boarding and training our 9-week-old puppy and providing comprehensive training on very short notice, as he was not fully potty trained and lacked foundational manners. I was thoroughly impressed by her precise medication adherence, timestamped care notes, and daily photo and video updates, which demonstrated her commitment to transparency and communication, and her veterinary medical and behavioral expertise in her thoughtful, individualized approach. She had our pup understanding potty cues within the 1st day—a testament to her skill and deep understanding of canine behaviors! Her property is impressive for young puppies, with a vast, fully fenced yard with natural grass and shade trees, coupled with a clean, secure indoor environment.

I am an elderly widow and QingQuin is an absolute 5-stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟godsend when I needed her the most! My girl is very old, very slow, on tons of meds and has severe anxiety when I’m away, and I had to travel for my mother’s funeral in FL. My heart was shattered and I was worried about leaving my cat behind. Qing’s qualifications in medical behavioral care are invaluable to our family! She followed every medication and injection perfectly and provided daily photos and videos so I could tell my girl was actually relaxed. Qing is an angel to our family and always able to help last minute!

My husband and I would give 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ no hesitation! We boarded our shy diabetic cat with Qing while traveling overseas, and we've never felt more at ease! We received dozens of pictures AND videos every single day along with detailed care notes and it felt like we never left our cat! Medications and injections were done PERFECTLY and closely observed by Qing! Because we had sitter messed up the meds before and can't risk it anymore with a non-professional. It is even better that she has indoor and outdoor security motion cameras, so our kitty is always safe and comfortable in her calm home when we go on next trips. We highly recommend Qing for special and complex needs!

Great communication great rapport with my fur babies, followed their feeding schedule and daily activities to keep my mind at ease during my work trip. Only reason I’m unable to provide 5⭐️ is due to finding several “accidents” in my house which were not mentioned and I had to throw away a rug and apply special treatment to my hardwood floors. Her partner was also observed during the stay which was not disclosed. I would rebook as a back up

Qing is wonderful with my skittish rescue kitty Toothless! He does not normally interact with other people well but he was interactive, talkative and very well taken care of! I highly recommend Qing for people with rescues and special needs pets.
