Before watching your pet, I’d love to know as much as possible to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. Important things include their daily routine, feeding schedule, any medical needs or medications, and how they do on walks or around other animals. I also like to know their favorite toys, any fears or triggers (like loud noises or certain dogs), and what comforts them when they’re feeling anxious. The more I know about their personality and preferences, the better I can make them feel right at home while you’re away!
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, active, and loved while you're away! Depending on their personality and energy level, I’ll tailor our time together with a mix of fun and comfort. For energetic pups, that might mean long walks, fetch sessions, or playtime at the park. For pets who prefer a calmer pace, we’ll enjoy gentle strolls, cuddles, and enrichment toys or puzzles to keep them engaged. I also love giving belly rubs, brushing fur (if they enjoy it), and making sure they get plenty of attention and affection. My goal is to keep their routine as normal and joyful as possible, so they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while you’re gone.

About Me I’m retired now, which means I get to spend my days doing what I truly love—caring for dogs and cats. With over 20 years of hands-on pet care experience, I’ve looked after pets of all ages, breeds, and personalities—from bouncy puppies learning the ropes to senior companions who need a gentler touch. At home, I share life with my sweet 14-year-old Papillon mix, so I know firsthand the joy (and unique needs) that come with each stage of a pet’s life. I enjoy long walks, quiet cuddle time, and seeing pets light up when they get to explore my spacious backyard. Quing was our very first sitter for our doggy after moving to SoCal from out of state. She sent updates multiple times a day and took such good care of our boy! We always felt great knowing our boy was in such great and loving hands. We will certainly be booking with her again next time we go out of town 😊
Qing was wonderful with our Truck. He is a bit nervous about new places and people but he did GREAT!! Typically, even though I take him his supper he does not eat it. At Qing's he actually ate his entire dinner - this means that he was super relaxed!! She sent many photos of Truck. He was actually smiling in a couple of them. We will definitely use her again if we have need.
