I can’t say enough good things about Qin and the care she provided for my 8-year-old Maltipoo, Mochi, while I was away. Leaving your dog with someone else is never easy, but she made the entire experience completely stress-free. Even before the stay began, she went above and beyond by bringing treats for Mochi, which was such a thoughtful touch and immediately showed how much she cares. From the start, she was attentive, communicative, and genuinely invested in making Mochi comfortable. She took the time to understand Mochi’s routine, preferences, and little quirks, and it really showed. Mochi was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for when I returned—which says everything. I also really appreciated the regular updates and photos. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Mochi was not just being watched, but truly cared for and getting plenty of attention and affection.
