We're a loving and experienced couple who provide a safe, calm, and welcoming home-from-home environment where every furry friend receives plenty of love, attention, and companionship. As we both work from home, we're able to provide full-time care and supervision, ensuring your pet always has company, attention, and comfort throughout the day. From growing up with dogs to helping friends, family, and clients with their pets, we've cared for everything from a single pup to a full house of six pets at once—including up to four dogs and two cats. We provide walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, and lots of affection every day. Whether your pet needs daycare, a short stay, or a longer stay ranging from one week to two months, we'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, happy, and truly at home while you're away. In our home, pets are treated like family and receive double the love, care, and attention from both of us. We understand that every dog is different, so we're happy to follow their usual routine, including feeding schedules, medication, exercise, and any special care requirements. We can't wait to meet your furry friend and give them a fun, loving, and stress-free experience! Please note: Exclusive 1-to-1 care is still available upon request, subject to availability.

Qiaoqian and Charlie provided excellent care to our two cockapoos aged 9 and 8. One of our girls has lots of health issues and needs feeding and medicating regularly throughout the day which did not phase Qiaoqian or Charlie - neither did us finding out two days before their stay that the same dog is severely allergic to wasp and bee stings and could need the epi-pen to be administered! It was such a relief to have so much contact and regular photo updates - this was very much appreciated. We were also very happy with the proactive approach to our other girl who had an issue that needed advice from the vet - again all communicated so well with us. I can highly recommend and will be booking again. Thank you both for giving our girls the love, care and attention that they are used to. 💕🐾🐾💕
Loki loved his walks! Helped massively when our dog care fell through, walked Loki in the mornings around our local park. Photo updates were great too 😊
Qiaoqian was a lifesaver when she stepped in last minute after we were let down by our previous sitter, and she was so good with our girls! I wouldn't hesitate to leave Mabel and Coco with her again. Thank you!
Lemon, our 9months old girl Westie stayed with Qiaoqian and Charlie for nearly 2weeks. We couldn’t have picked better sitters, we received per day 2-3 updates in the form of pictures and videos and lemon really had fun and had been properly taken care of, she came back home bright and joyful. We packed a lot of things due to the duration of stay and it was all packed up nicely during pick up; I had also left a note asking her eyes boogers to be cleaned everyday if possible and that she can be a bit mouthy during the process😅, they have indeed done so. I’m so grateful to have found qiaoqian and Charlie and would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for the best care for their fur babies.
What a lovely couple, so understanding with a very small puppy 😁 This was the first time our pup had left us, and she was very well cared for, greeting us in a normal manner 😄. It was lovely to receive the photos showing her being relaxed...
Such a lovely couple, Gypsy and Blu seemed to have a lovely time, we were sent updates, with pics of out Doggies on walks and in the garden etc, we were very happy with everything from drop of to pick up, and I do have to apologise again, for my communication, the service was terrible where we were so I couldn't respond, so I am sorry, but, yes, I would most definitely use Qiaoqian and her partner again, thank you both

Schedule
We both work from home, so there’s always an adult in the house. Our routine includes morning walks before 8 AM, afternoon walks around 4 PM, regular feeding, playtime, cuddles, and full-time supervision throughout the day. Pets are never left alone, and we adjust their care to match their usual routine.

We have a fully fenced garden and plenty of room inside the house for pets to play, explore, and relax safely. We don’t have any pets of our own or young children, so your pets will have undivided attention and a calm, stress-free environment.
A typical day
We aim to maintain your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible while they stay with us. Activities are tailored to your dog’s individual needs and preferences — whether that’s relaxed walks in the park, playing fetch, or joining us for a brunch outing at a dog-friendly café where they can enjoy a pupuccino.
