Pui was amazing. She took great care of our papyrus and sent us many pictures and videos showing us how well he was adjusting while we were away. Although we were anxious about leaving him for the first time, she made us feel at ease by being available whenever we had questions or worries about how he was doing. We will definitely choose Pui again if we go away. Thanks for everything you did, you went beyond what I expected.

Pui Yee (Tina) was our angel and saviour this week when we found ourselves in a rush to find someone to care for our Percy. We learned last minute that the hotel we had booked for our small family road trip does not allow pets. Since bringing Percy home 6 years ago, we have never had anyone watch him other than family, so we were very anxious about leaving him with someone we had never met. Tina was very communicative with us from the get-go, and was super kind and accommodating. Percy immediately took to her when we dropped him off. We received lots of amazing updates, photos and videos from Tina which helped to ease our anxiety of being away from him. She is such a caring, pet-loving and professional sitter that we will definitely reach out to her in the future if we are unable to take Percy with us on our trips. Thank you, Pui Yee!

At my home: I live in a pet-friendly condo with safety nets on every window, so even curious cats stay secure indoors. My space is clean, cozy, and set up for pets to feel safe and comfortable. I also share my home with 2 gentle British Shorthair cats who are calm and friendly — they usually adjust well to visiting pets. If needed, I can provide separate, quiet areas to reduce stress. At your home: When I care for cats in their own environment, I always respect your routines. I’ll make sure doors and windows are securely closed, food and water are refreshed, and litter is kept clean. I also spend time giving them affection and play, so they don’t just have “basic care” but real companionship. You’ll get updates and photos each visit so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.

A typical day
A typical day starts with lots of greetings, cuddles, and making sure everyone has fresh food and water. If I’m boarding cats, they’ll get playtime with toys, cozy naps, and gentle brushing (if they enjoy it). For dogs, mornings and evenings include walks around the neighborhood, sniffing adventures, and exercise suited to their energy level. Throughout the day, I like to spend time interacting — whether that’s playing with feather toys, chasing laser dots, or simply giving lap cuddles and belly rubs. Pets also get quiet time to relax and feel at home, so their routine stays balanced and stress-free💖 And of course, I send regular photo and video updates so you can share in the fun too! 📸🐾
