I currently work part-time during midday at a local school and hold both Enhanced DBS certificate, and an Overseas Police Check (CNCC), ensuring trustworthy service. I am also a car owner with UK driving licence for reliable transport. Drawing on 15+ years of experience with senior pets, I provide patient, personalized care with a gentle touch. I am deeply passionate about pets and pride myself on respecting their individual space and personality. 🔹 Health & Routine: Comfortable following strict feeding or medication schedules. I always wash food dishes and keep their eating area clean and tidy. ✨ 🔹 Trust & Comfort: I understand that every pet has a different personality, and I always give shy or nervous pets the time and space they need to feel safe and relaxed. 🔹 Play & Updates: I enjoy keeping pets happy and active with gentle play and companionship. I also provide regular photo and video updates after every visit so owners can feel reassured while away. 📸✨ 🔹 Reliability & Emergencies: Reliability is very important to me. Routine Care: Fresh food and water, sanitized bowls, and a thorough clean of the floor around their eating area. Hygiene: Meticulous garden or litter box maintenance. Companionship: 30 or 60 minutes of focused play and affection to ensure they feel safe and loved. Peace of Mind: Real-time photo/video updates sent after every single visit. Reliability is my top priority. I always check in on your return day; if your travel plans are unexpectedly delayed, I proactively confirm if you need extra help, such as additional visits or food top-ups, ensuring your pets are never left without care.

We had a wonderful experience with PUI YAN (IRIS) looking after our two cats, Chelsea and Felix. She took great care of them while we were away, making sure they were well fed, comfortable, and given plenty of attention. She kept us updated with messages, lots of videos and photos, which gave us real peace of mind. It was clear she genuinely cared about our cats and respected their different personalities. So happy that Iris was free to look after our cat Leo again. She is extremely thorough and takes lots of pictures and videos and Leo loves her. Iris has been amazing with our cat Leo. Extremely thorough with learning his needs and taking lots of photos to show what's she's done. Schedule
Term Time: Available for morning and late afternoon/night visits. Weekends: Fully flexible (9:00 am – 8:00 pm). ☀️ Summer Holidays: I am fully available all day. With my own car 🚗 and a full UK driving licence, I guarantee quick, stress-free travel to your home, ensuring your pet's routine is never interrupted.
