Hi! I’m an immigration paralegal at a nonprofit organization with a flexible hybrid work schedule, which allows me to provide attentive care throughout the day. I offer dog sitting in my home or yours, depending on what works best for you and your pup. I’ve been caring for dogs for the past five years. I took a short break while completing graduate school, and now that I’m graduating, I’m excited to start dog sitting again. I have experience with both small and large dogs, as well as dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I believe every dog is different, so I adapt my approach to what they need—whether that’s a playful companion, a calm presence, consistent structure, or a little extra patience. One thing I hear often from owners is that I have a calm energy, and many dogs settle in quickly and feel comfortable with me. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I’ll make sure you receive regular updates, photos, and clear communication while you’re away. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, cared for, and loved, and for you to have complete peace of mind.

I was on the search to find a pet sitter that would understand my specific circumstances. I have a rescue pup who has been through a lot, and is still acclimating to my space, and needs someone calm, and kind. I saw Priscilla had experience with rescues and messaged right away. She was so patient and accommodating around the day-sitting request. When she showed up, she was grounded and calm, and knew how to walk into the space without getting my pup more excited. I was also quite nervous, and she was patient with me as I bumbled through all the things I wanted her to know ? I was able to leave knowing my baby was in good hand. 10/10 would recommend and will rebook in the future! Fluffy and I say thank you, Priscilla!?
Priscilla was amazing! My pup is a recent foster adoption and she’s a senior dog as well so not necessarily easy. Priscilla did a great job with her medication and I know she was well cared for while I was away!

Schedule
My WFH days are flexible. I walk dogs before 10am, noon, and after 2pm. I am by Astoria park and other quiet routes if I’m working with an anxious or reactive dog.

Safety, trust & environment
Everything depends on the needs and personality of the dogs. I am good at assessing what triggers dogs. My roommates also have experience watching dogs. I don’t have an over excited approach when I first meet a dog. I allow them to sniff me and I throw a treat in their direction so they learn I can be trusted.
A typical day
Astoria park, chew toys, snuggles on the couch, walks, and ocasional photo shoots. Whatever the dog needs I will be there to support. Some like to cuddle, others like to be left alone.
