Priscila did such a great job with Milo! She was very communicative, sent photos, and made sure Milo felt right at home (he’s naturally a pretty anxious pup). Would absolutely recommend!

I work full-time from home, which allows me to give your dog plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and making them feel comfortable and at home while they’re with me.

Safety, trust & environment

I carefully follow each owner’s routine and instructions, and I only care for one or two dogs at a time so I can provide focused, responsible, and personalized attention. I live in a secure, pet-friendly building just steps from the Lady Bird Lake Trail, with easy access to beautiful, shaded walking paths and plenty of green space for enjoyable walks and outdoor time. My husband and I are both home most of the day, so dogs are rarely left alone for long periods. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply relaxing nearby, I’m happy to adapt to their routine and make their stay feel as comfortable as possible.

A typical day

A typical day includes three walks or potty breaks. We usually start the morning with a longer walk, often along the Lady Bird Lake Trail, which is just steps from my building. Around lunchtime, we head out for a quick potty break, and after I finish work around 6 PM, it’s time for another walk and some fresh air. Since I work from home, your dog will have plenty of company throughout the day and will usually be hanging out right by my side while I work. Of course, every dog is different, so I’m always happy to adjust walks, feeding times, playtime, and our daily schedule to keep their routine as close to home as possible.

Before your dog’s stay, I’d love to know a little about their routine and personality! Please let me know if they are potty trained, comfortable being left alone for 3–4 hours when needed, crate trained (and whether they use a crate at home), and how they behave around other dogs. It’s also helpful to know if your dog is a curious chewer or tends to get into food or other things around the house, so I can prepare my home accordingly and keep them safe. Since some dogs eat less than usual during their first few days away from home, I also recommend bringing something they already love that can encourage them to eat—such as their usual wet food, topper, or powder. And of course, please share any quirks, fears, allergies, medications, or special routines that will help me make your dog feel safe and comfortable!
