I’ve also volunteered with a dog adoption agency that focuses on elderly dogs, giving me valuable experience in caring for senior pets. In addition, I have pet-sitting experience with animals of all ages, from energetic puppies and kittens to older dogs and cats. This background has helped me develop the skills and patience needed to provide exceptional care for pets at every stage of life. Additionally, with working with elderly dogs, I have dealt with all sorts of different medical conditions and have experience administering medications.

I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort when caring for pets, whether in my home or my client’s home. I ensure the environment is secure by removing potential hazards and keeping doors and fences closed. I follow all instructions provided by the owner, from feeding schedules to exercise routines, and I pay close attention to the pet’s behavior and needs. Building trust is key, so I take the time to help pets feel comfortable and at ease while maintaining open communication with their owners to provide updates and peace of mind.

Our experience with Preston was great for both of our pets. We have one cat and a dog and he did well with both. He checked in about once a day which was perfect for us. He met our expectations and then some. We plan to hire him again soon!
Preston has been an excellent with my cat Timmy. I can tell that he genuinely cares about the animals he is taking care of, and he has provided perfect, loving service. I feel secure knowing my baby is well taken care of when I’m gone! I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust to be with Timmy when I can’t!
Preston has been great with my animals. He is always prompt and all three of my animals love to see him (especially my cat) My cat typically hides but when Preston comes he is immediately vocal looking for hugs.
