From the outset, Prakash went well above and beyond our expectations by offering to handle both pickup and drop-off services – a thoughtful gesture that eliminated any stress about transportation logistics and showed his genuine commitment to convenience and service excellence. This level of consideration immediately set the tone for what would prove to be exemplary care. Throughout the weekend, it was evident that our dogs were in the hands of someone who possesses that rare combination of natural affinity with animals and professional reliability. I have had the pleasure of coaching Prakash for the last two seasons of his college basketball career. I can promise you that his hardworking and high energetic self will be great for this job.
