I've cared for cats and dogs with all kinds of personalities, so I’m very attuned to what each individual pet needs to feel safe and relaxed. I take time to learn your pet’s routines, quirks, and preferences, and I follow your instructions closely so their day feels as “normal” as possible while you’re away. I’m patient with shy or anxious pets and gentle with seniors who need a slower pace, extra potty breaks, or help with stairs. In the past, I have fostered a pup who needed purposeful walks and extra mental stimulation and also a sweet 17-year-old cat that needed capsule medication twice a day. You can also expect clear communication from me every visit, with updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing and can travel with peace of mind.

When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep everything as close to 'normal' as possible for them and for you. I follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications or special routines. I take time to give your pet the attention and reassurance they need and stick to the schedule they’re used to so they feel safe and comfortable. I also treat your home with respect. I wipe paws if needed, keep food and water areas tidy, lock up carefully, and double-check doors, crates, and gates before I leave. After each visit, I send a quick update and photos so you know how your pet is doing and how the visit went.

Pragun is such a wonderful sitter. He watched our German shepherd who was obsessed with him, and was so easy to communicate with! You can tell how much he loves animals, and clearly had a bond with ours. I would absolutely choose him to sit for us again if we ever moved back to Nashville.

Schedule
I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule. I ensure that all visits and walks are planned in my calendar well in advance so that your pet gets consistent attention and isn’t squeezed in “when I can.” Unless mentioned, I’m available for morning, midday, and evening walks or drop-ins on most weekdays. I keep weekends open for extra visits or travelers who are out of town.

- I like to know as much as possible so I can take great care of your pet from day one. It's especially helpful to hear about: Daily routine (feeding time, walk schedule, usual potty time); Medical issues, allergies, or medications; Any anxiety, reactivity, or fears (loud noises, other dogs, strangers, etc.); How they do on leash and around other animals; Commands they know and how you give them; Favorite treats, toys, and places to walk; Any house rules (no couch/bed, crate use, etc.) The more details you share, the better I can keep your pet safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away!
