Before my dogs even arrived, she took the time to have a lengthy telephone conversation with me to fully understand their individual needs and to ensure she could provide the highest quality of care — that kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Porsche was wonderfully attentive to making sure my dogs would be comfortable in her home, and took great care to consider how they would get along with her own dog, Scooby, who turned out to be a quiet and absolute delight. What truly stood out was her thoughtfulness - She hid treats around the house to welcome my dogs and to gently distract them as I left — a small but incredibly meaningful touch, especially for my German Shepherd, who suffers from separation anxiety and other sensitivities. She could not have been more understanding or gentle with her. Throughout the stay, Porstia kept me updated with regular photos and videos so I could see exactly how my babies were getting on — which made a world of difference to my peace of mind. She is punctual, reliable, warm, and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any dog owner, particularly those with dogs who have special needs. We will absolutely be returning!
