Pet care fits nicely into my routine. I work in the NHS Monday to Friday but am available in the evening after work. Most weekends I am home, which allows me plenty of time to provide consistent care, playtime, and attention to the animals I look after.

Before I welcome your pet into my home, I’d love to know a few important details to ensure they have the best experience possible. Could you please share any preferences, routines, or quirks they have? It would also be helpful to know about their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any medical or behavioral concerns. The more I know, the better I can make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
A typical day
A typical day with me is tailored to your pet’s needs, whether they’re a cat or a dog! For dogs, mornings start with a refreshing walk around my local park, where they can explore nature and get some exercise. Afterwards, they can enjoy some cozy indoor relaxation. There is also full time access to playtime in my fenced garden. For cats, I offer a calm and quiet space with lots of affection, playtime with their favourite toys, and plenty of cozy spots to nap. In the afternoons, whether your pet enjoys more outdoor fun or indoor relaxation, i’m always ready to give them attention and care.

I've lived with dogs and cats my whole life, caring for them since I was young. With years of hands-on experience, I regularly cat and dog-sit for my neighbours, friends and family, ensuring their pets are well-loved and looked after while they’re away.

What can I say… Poppy and Felix were amazing with my 6 month old puppy Tiggy! This is the first time we have left her for 4 nights and she had the best time. Poppy and Felix made so much effort and kept us updated with photos and how she was doing. I would definitely leave her with Poppy and Felix again. To know they are there to look after Tiggy is just amazing. Couldn’t recommend them enough! So grateful for their care.
We recently left our Boston Terrier, Tyson, with Felix and Poppy for 5 days—and he came back a happy, well-cared-for pup! 🐾 They clearly know how to handle dogs with experience and ease. Tyson enjoyed his walks, had playtime in the garden, and looked completely at home with them. It was a relief to know he was in such good hands. We’d absolutely recommend Felix and Poppy to any dog parent looking for a safe, caring environment. (Our only suggestion—spoken like true anxious dog parents—is that we’d have loved a few more updates or photos along the way… mostly to reassure us that he hadn’t already replaced us with new humans! 😅) Thank you again for taking such great care of our boy!!
